I then spoke to someone there who had a script, and also assumed that I was unaware of what my product was doing, so I let them guide me through their processes ( I am learning about patience through my calls to customer care representatives). I ended up calling them, after spending a gruelling 35 minutes on the Chat line. I ended up going through all of the information online at the MagicJack Site, and nothing was working for me. I found that my Magic Jack had simply stopped working, and I thought that the hardware simply needed to be updated. ![]() ![]() Recently my MagicJack line failed to work, and I have had some bad luck with the folks at customer service on more than one occasion. ![]() DO NOT buy the Warranty replacement until you read this:
